In the book, important basic issues of "Structural Dynamics", which can be included in the seminar topics of universities for undergraduate and graduate students, are discussed. Earthquake engineering is given in the light of the regulations in force, and new additions and changes in the regulation that are expected to come into force are also mentioned.
